90-DAY REFUND POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase of Tom Haupt’s products such as CD’s, DVD’s and Books, and we’re completely confident you will.

We offer a money-back guarantee on all items purchased at TomHaupt.com. In order to receive a full refund, the product will need to be in saleable condition and you will need to complete a return authorization form. To receive the return authorization form, please contact us.

Send the package via UPS or insured U.S. Postal Service to the address indicated on your packing slip.  Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

Your credit or refund will take 10-14 business days once the item is received at our warehouse facilities. If you ordered by credit card, we will credit the same account the order was placed with and will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with the Embrace Risk, Embrace Success Mentoring Club you can cancel your membership at any time and you will be refunded 1 month’s membership fees.
